At Ryder’s Roosting Ranch, we work hard to provide high-quality hatching eggs from healthy, intentionally managed flocks. Our breeding groups are carefully maintained, and we routinely perform fertility testing to help ensure strong fertility rates — typically targeting 95%+ fertility within our flock.

However, once eggs leave our hands, there are many factors outside of our control that directly impact hatch success.

Because of this, we cannot guarantee hatch rates or the number of chicks that will hatch from your order.

Hatch success can be affected by factors including, but not limited to:

• Incubator temperature fluctuations 
• Humidity inconsistencies 
• Incubator calibration accuracy 
• Handling during shipping or transport 
• Egg handling after pickup/delivery 
• Storage conditions before incubation 
• Incubation experience and setup 
• Power outages or equipment malfunction 
• Natural development variations 

Please understand that purchasing hatching eggs means you are purchasing fertile eggs intended for incubation — not guaranteed chicks.
